Presentation

The Department of Natural Sciences was instituted at the Ecole Normale  Assia Djebar, Constantine during the 2013/2014 academic year. It was established due to the need felt in the Eastern part of Algeria for teachers of science with a solid scientific competence. Therefore, it places great emphasis on hard sciences (zoology, botany, biology and biochemistry) and strives to provide up-to-date technological and scientific materials that ensure a scientific training that goes hand in hand  with today’s  progressive spirit.

 In the Department of Natural Sciences, there are distinguished and specialized teachers who take in charge lectures and practical courses provided to Middle and Secondary School teachers-to-be according to scientific approaches pertinent to their future profession.
