Law 14/21 of December 28, 2021 amending and supplementing Ordinance No. 66-156 of June 8, 1966 In the Penal Code, which stipulates that it is strictly forbidden to close any public establishment or to hinder its proper functioning, either by persons belonging to the establishment or by strangers to it.
