Library Internal Regulations
These regulations aim to preserve the ownership and proper functioning of the library and to organize transactions between the beneficiary on the one hand and the employee and library structures and collections on the other hand.
Access to the library is intended for:
- - ENSC teachers and students
- - Teachers and students from other universities who hold written licenses.
Circulation Regulations
- The student card must be presented at each loan, extension or return
- Borrowers can renew a single loan period provided they have exceeded the loan deadline or the books are not required by another reader.
- The book receipts submitted to borrowers makes them responsible for their security.
- Borrowers must return the books to the library before the expiration of the loan period
- In the event of loss of the book, borrowers must compensate the same title or two titles of the same specialty.
- After approval by the Library Director, officers working in the rooms may authorize external loans of information of special value for a period not exceeding one day.
- Users must acquit any responsibility for the library at the end of each academic year.
- Administrative services must ask the library for authorization for long vacations, deposits, transfers, resignations, etc.
Internal Circulation Regulations:
- Student cards or licenses must be presented to users from outside the institution at the library entrance.
- It is forbidden to use more than three books at a time.
- It is forbidden to keep the book for more than two hours.
- Vessels must be returned to their original position.
Items whose removal is not permitted:
- Reference-type sources of information such as: circles of knowledge, dictionaries, maps, atlases, guides, etc.
- Paperless material (audiovisual, film thumbnail, CD).
- Fragmented books with more than three parts.
- Journals, periodicals and related scientific channels.
- Single- copy books.
- University Printed theses.
Hall Regulations:
- - Student cards must be collected at the hall entrance.
- - It is forbidden to eat and drink inside the hall.
- - Library users must respect total calm.
- - It is forbidden to use mobile phones inside the hall
- - It is forbidden to move the chairs and tables from their places.
- - Any behavior detrimental to public morals is strictly prohibited.
- - Use of the library hall for any other activity is authorized only by the Library Director.
Any violation of these regulations or library material and any moral offense against library staff lead to penalties which may go as far as referral to the disciplinary council.
