Book Loan Service
It is divided into external and internal loan
External Loan: It is intended for users recorded in the system's database. This is done automatically using the SYNGEB system.

- The renewal process is allowed only once
- In the event of non-compliance with the return date, the beneficiary of the loan will be penalized depending on the duration of deadline violation:
One day delay → One week loan deprivation
Internal Loan: This is intended for all users inside and outside the institution and is done through the resources and references room and the inspection room.
Open Shelves: The open shelving system is the system used to make books available to users in all rooms including the French and English language loan bank, in order to encourage them to read and do research in a direct way (self-service) under the necessary controls. The ships in these spaces are divided according to the Dewey decimal classification.
Electronic Index: The library provides its users with an electronic index service to enable them to automatically search the database so as to facilitate access to sources of information. The research process is done through the SYNGEB system.
· The search results are presented in an alphabetical list.
Reference Service: It is considered one of the most important services offered by the library and is provided by the Resource and Reference Room which contains a large collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries, periodicals, dictionaries, magazines and atlases.
The library provides direct reference and guidance services to library users by:
- Receiving and responding directly to requests from users.
- Telling library users what information containers are available and how to use and access them.
- Assisting researchers in finding different vases of information via the library's automated system.
- Offering training courses to users on the functioning of the library and the automated system.
- Providing direct access to information vessels via open shelves.
Internet Service and Electronic Sources: This service is provided by the Internet Room, which is equipped with 40 computers and which is open to users throughout working days. In addition to a space for electronic sources, there is a Source and Reference Room which contains a large quantity of intellectual vessels in the form of CDs as well as three (03) computers with Internet access.
Library Loan
ENSC Assia Djebar Library - contains over 20,788 titles and 94,277 copies of various intellectual vessels in various fields which are managed automatically by the SYNGEB system. The library also relies on the Dewey decimal system to classify its document balance, which is divided by specialties as follows:
